FoxyProxy Version 2.8.11 dosn't work, XML Parsing Error

hi
after i updated to the last Version 2.8.11, started firefox, FoxyProxy do not start.
tried opening the FoxyProxy options from Tools>plugins, this message appears:
" XML Parsing Error: undefined entity

OS: vista 32 and 64 bit (all in Englis).

It looks like I accidentally removed the Arabic locale from FoxyProxy. I'll issue 2.8.12 shortly with that fixed. In the meantime, you'll have to use one of the other locales (try using Quick Locale Switcher firefox addon), like for instance en-US.
