Foxyproxy in "Tools" menu

Foxyproxy seems to have issues "lining up" in the tools menu of Firefox as you can see below.
Is this considered a bug? I was wondering where to post it.

Some info might help:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.6) Gecko/20100625 Firefox/3.6.6
