I've been seeing some strange problems in FF4b7, the most annoying of which is an empty "OK/Cancel" dialog where the buttons don't work. I've narrowed the problem down to FoxyProxy Standard (version 2.22.1) by disabling extensions one-by-one. I'm not sure how exactly this happens, but I can most easily reproduce it by trying to click on a embedded Flash video that NoScript has disabled, which spawns an OK/Cancel prompt.
Here's a screenshot of the empty OK/Cancel prompt problem: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/11015975/empty-prompt.png
Other issues I've noticed but do not reproduce so easily are the inability to load a URL from the URL bar (pressing enter does nothing, pressing the "go" button also does nothing) and, when this one appears, the absence of URL suggestions.
These issues have so far only appeared with FoxyProxy enabled. I'm willing to provide more information for debugging as needed (but I might not browse this forum often, so you may have to mail me).

Hi,
Could you:
1. Give me a URL where you see this happening (i.e., one with embedded Flash video that NoScript has disabled)
2. Is the OK/Cancel from NoScript or something else?
3. Which version of NoScript?
thanks,
eric

I tried it again today to compile some information for you, and it wouldn't reproduce at all. I honestly have no idea how FoxyProxy could actually be the source of this bug, so perhaps it's actually some sort of edge-case Firefox beta bug.
Sorry that I couldn't provide more information.
(In case you're still interested or the issue appears again:
1. It happened with any Flash video.
2. NoScript generates the prompt.
3. NoScript 2.0.7)
Hopefully, if you upgrade to
Hopefully, if you upgrade to the FoxyProxy Standard 2.22.2 or FoxyProxy Basic 1.8.2, you won't have any more problems.
1.8.3 basic causes the same problem for me
I just upgraded to 1.8.3 basic and am also seeing the same dialog box (which occurs when the proxy server asks for authentication). Clicking the OK and Cancel buttons have no effect. Ultimately, I can escape out, but because this occurs when authenticating the the proxy server, the page won't load. Disabling the extension restores the default proxy login box.
I had no problem in 1.8.2 basic.
In fact, the reason I downgraded from Standard to Basic was because I was getting the pop up in Standard, but when I downgraded to Basic, it worked.
Just disabled, then
Just disabled, then re-enabled the foxyproxy 1.8.3 basic and it works fine now. Weird!
