Foxtproxy Plus appears broken - can it be fixed or should I ask for refund?
I just bought Foxyproxy Plus but so far I am disappointed. I have installed the product and configured it to use a Premium proxy which is working fine when entered in Firefox Tools > Options etc..
However in Foxyproxy Plus this proxy does not work and I get time out messages at every site I try.
This is a Socks5 proxy (with Premium service) which I have indicated in Foxy Proxy Plus. I have re-entered the login credentials several times to make sure there is no mistake.
I can't see what else I am supposed to do, other than enter the same info that I would normally enter.
Please would you tell me what I should do to get this to work, or let me know how I can get a refund for Foxy Proxy plus...?

Please uncheck the SOCKS5 proxy setting in FoxyProxy Plus. It's highly unlikely you are subscribed to a SOCKS5 proxy.

Once I unchecked it, FPP works fine with the service that I signed up for (and it's just as fast as without!!)
