Our proxies are HTTP(s), so you cannot send email directly trough it. You can though access web-mail through the proxies, gmail for example. Then your real IP will be hidden behind the proxy.

Thunderbird can be configured to work with the proxy, so when you open an email message containing remote content, this content (graphics for example) can be loaded through the proxy. Of course as I mentioned before, Thunderbird will not send mail through the paid proxy.
