default name=ip, comment as hint

Hi,
I would like to use the ip as the name by default (best would be an option switch for people who don't like that)
 
My second wish is to have the comment displayed as a "hint" in the menu. (At the moment it shows only the menu line itself, which is unnecessary)
 
My reason for that wish: I write the country of the proxy and my speed estimation into the comment. This information is useful for me when I switch proxies manually.

I have one more request ;-)
After setting a proxy with Alt+F3, it would be great to have a checkbox "Activate right now" (like the "Reload current tab" checkbox).
Easy for you huh? :-)
 
BTW: today I wanted to transfer some money, but I hate Paypal... :-\
