Credentials for multiple proxy servers

At the time of purchase I selected US proxy as my desired server. At times, however, I would like to "emerge" on the other side of the Atlantic, in Ireland or UK to be more presise.
At present is that allowed and part of your service, or would I have to buy a separate access to the second proxy server?
Last but not least... Do you plan to have a proxy established in one of the non-EU European countries?

First of all I use your
First of all I use your service not really to gain access to media sites but rather to use this rather simple technique to gain a little extra privacy.
Having proxy in a "neutral" country, such as Sweden or Switzerland would be welcome.
