Create a Proxy for foxyproxy

Hi,
I'm for almost a year now in the proxy business. I always use Glype. But that is a script which users have to call in their browsers and then enter a URL in a textbox on that website.
Now I want to create my own  proxy for foxyproxy, how do I get start? What do I have to install?
I have a domainname and I have professional hosting and I know the IP of the web hosting.
