Can't watch BBC iPlayer

I followed the instructions here:

Now I can watch the recorded programs from the iPlayer, but can't watch the live streams from BBC2. Everything works perfectly apart form the live streams. The player loads for ages and then says "This content doesn't seem to be working. Try again later" What should I do or what is the problem?
I'm really on a hurry, because I'd like to see the episode of top Gear tonight.

In order to make live BBC streams work you need to configure Internet Explorer to use our proxy too. You can still browse the web through FireFox though.

Okay, I Opened up IE -> Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections -> LAN Settings -> Adjusted the proxy settings -> OK
But the video still doesn't work. The same error message comes again
IE should remember your UN/PW

Make sure you restarted both browsers and visited few pages using IE just ot enter username and password. Make IE remember your USername and Password.
