Can't access Hulu

I signed up to the paid proxy service so I could access Hulu but its not working.

I get the following message:

Sorry we are unable to stream this video. Please check your internet connection and try again.

I'm a new paid US proxy

I'm a new paid US proxy customer and I have the same problem. I have installed the video utility and followed all the instructions. I even tried uninstalling the 64 bit version of the video tool I downloaded (I'm running Vista 64-bit) and re-installing the 32 bit version. No difference. (Aside: Is the 64-bit version really a 64-bit version? It installs in "C:\Program Files (x86)" rather than "C:\Program Files" (where only 64-bit software installs usually).

And here's the kicker: I borrowed by friend's MacBook and followed the setup on that machine (using my same internet connection here, to remove that variable), downloaded the Mac video utility, etc. And Hulu worked.

Makes me think there is something up with the Windows version of the video utility...

I'd be willing to help you figure this out as, truly, Hulu is the only reason I signed up for the paid proxy service. Otherwise I'll just ask for a refund.
