Cannot Disable Foxy Proxy

Hi

I have foxy proxy installed on my Firefox and I also have the windows utility running along side it. I have a paid proxy for a US server so I can watch US shows on Hulu etc.

The problem I am having is that when I want to turn the proxy off it doesn't seem to be working and it also blocks my internet connection. I have tried disabling the proxy in the registry but this doesn't work either.

Can anyone off any suggestions with this?

Kris,

Once you do not need the proxy you should disable BOTH proxy in FoxyProxy AND Video Utility.

I have tried this but it does not work. Bizarrely I cannot even see the foxy proxy icon in the task bar (even when I click the arrow to show more) and I haven't started it when I started my machine. I just assumed it started automatically.

When I right click on the foxy proxy add on and complete disable it I cannot connect to the internet. Even if I restart Firefox this does not work. Please bare in mind that I have made the registry changes as instructed and I have tried to disable this as detailed above.

Hi Kris,

The FoxyProxy Video Utility does not start automatically. Please start it and ensure it is disabled after starting.
