Cannot connect to proxy

 Hi,
 
I cannot connect to any webpages using my paid proxy (user: pp-sneeroust). This is the first time this has happened, I normally get a good connection.
 
Turning the proxy off lets me connect but I cannot connect to anything through the proxy. Are there server issues?

Dear JL,
due to major hardware failure at our server provider's site one of our servers was disconnected from the network. Unfortunately it took few hours for them to recover. Now the server should work fine.
Can you please try connecting again and let me know if there are any problems.
