Cannot Cancel Subscription

I used the paid proxy service. I'm done on the project where I needed it and do not want to do the recurring. I followed the instructions and tried in both Chrome and Firefox to cancel my subscription. I get to the control panel, but both the Configure link and the I-D1PDAF7P9ES5 link, when clicked, return errors.

There's also a Javascript bug according to Firefox in https://getfoxyproxy.org/proxyservice/panel.php. It says "load is not defined", referring to your body onload event call.

This is a 1 month non-recurring susbcription so there is nothing to cancel, it will automatically expire on February 20, 2011

could not cancel trial

Hello,

I used the three day trial. During that period I thought I canceled the subscription on time to not get charged. When I did it I did get an error like the person did above but I thought it still went through. Well today the charge went thru and now paypal has charged my bank as a back up fund source 40 bucks for this. I realize I may have made a mistake and I do like the service but I really did try to cancel it and dont think it fair im out this much money. is there any recourse?
