Cancellation/refund
I signed up for proxy service while in China but am unable to use this service as I need to be able to chain proxies. This is a service foxyproxy does not provide.
While attempting to cancel the service through Paypal my Paypal account required card confirmation of a card that had previously been replaced because it would physically not read anymore. The expiration date has not yet been reached and for some reason my bank did not delete this card from my account. Needless to say I do not have this card number any more to verify this account through Paypal.
My account has been hit with the cost for a one-year nonrecurring foxyproxy account but it is useless for me where I am at. My Paypal account email is christoa@pdx.edu and I would greatly appreciate if you could refund the account the cost of the service as I have no way to cancel the service.

It seem that you paid directly using your credit card (we now offer such option https://getfoxyproxy.org/proxyservice/), that's why you were not able to cancel this account with PayPal.
Also it doesn't make lots of sense to me to have a Chinese proxy while being in China - but I suppose you knew what you were doing.
Anyway, please write to proxyservice@foxyproxyplus.com as soon as possible to have this issue sorted out.
