Canadian Proxy not working for several days

Utorrent suddently started posting "proxy connect error: offline timed out".  Attempts to ping the proxy (87.***.***.***) fail.  This has been going on for several days.  Please change me to another more relibable Canadian proxy.   Subscription#S-71T361749U682134K

New Canadian proxy failing

As you suggested I canceled my previous account and signed up for a new Canadian proxy.  It worked fine for two days now I can't connect to it and it doesn't respond to a ping.  Please help.

After solvng the problem

After solvng the problem myself, the 'support' team canceled my account.  It must have taken me too long to fix it and the clock was clicking.  BTW the problem was on my side  and a good tech would have solved it in a day or two..
