blocked by ABC,NBC,FOX,CWTW.com --paid proxy

I subscribed to paid US Foxy proxy but blocked by ABC,NBC,FOX,CWTW.com.
"Only viewers living in the US can see this movie..." appears.

I visited some IP checking sites and made sure that IP is in the US.

Why this?
Is it because FoxyProxypaid IP is known by them and being blocked?
Or do you think it's because my setting is wrong?

I downloaded foxyproxy-setup.wsf and doubleclicked it but no difference.

I guess you have done everything correctly since IP checking web sites show up proxy IP not your real one.

We are currently working on an application which will help our users to stream many US TV networks. Will keep you informed.
