ARTE TV [IDS_LOADING_CONNECTION_ERROR]

I have been using xroxy paid proxy succesfully for BBC iPlayer and the used another french xroxy proxy for ARTE.TV to get their ARTE +7 service. Unfortunately it does not work and I get the message:

[IDS_LOADING_CONNECTION_ERROR]

Has anyone encountered this before and have a soltion

arte.tv IDS_LOADING_CONNECTION_ERROR

I have the same problem trying to get arte+7 service. I have bought myself a german proxy and still it doesn't work. The message IDS_LOADING_CONNECTION_ERROR is appearing all the time.
I searched the net for solutions but still I didn't get any.
Have you found something new? Did you manage to solve it?

I'm sorry to say that I have not found any way to get access to ARTE. A real shame as its is supposed to be a "european" channel.
