Always enable QuickAdd

I would like QuickAdd to always be available. Why would I ever want it off?
This would also address the long-standing frustation people have experienced with QuickAdd disabling itself (via PAC or whatever).

Didn't help

I've tried that procedure before and Quick Add still gets disabled (see my thread in the 'Help and Support' forum).

QuickAdd should never

QuickAdd should never disable itself unless the proxy to which you've assigned it gets disabled or deleted. Are you seeing something else?

Yes, I am seeing something else

QuickAdd gets disabled regardless of PAC settings, status, etc. The solution suggested in the FAQ does not work - I've tried it.

Quick Add disabled

Quick add is disabled every time I restart FireFox and Seamonkey.  I have turned off all PAC settings.  This happens every time I restart either browser, and it happens on 3 different systems:
XP Pro with FF 3.6.10 (at home)
Vista Home with FF 3.6.10 (at home)
XP Pro with Seamonkey Portable (at work)

2.22.1 is the cause

I just updated and older user profile that still had 2.19.1 on it.  It did not suffer the quick add error.  Upon updating that profile to 2.22.1, it now has the error too.

Same problem still

I still have this problem after several more months - I have read the FAQ page but I don't have any proxies using a PAC file. Just in case, I set the setting to not disable on bad PAC. I am now using FoxyProxy Standard 2.22.1, FF 3.6.12 on OS X 10.6.5.
