allow use SSL connection to then proxy

It seems that the fact that the proxy connection itself uses SSL cannot be told to foxyproxy?
Only "Socks" choices appear when configuring a proxy manually, and foxy seems to discuss in plain HTTP to the proxy instead of using HTTPS, so it does not work.

Are you trying to use an HTTPS proxy server? Can you please:

1. Tell me how to set one up so I can test this myself
2. Try it with Firefox (without FoxyProxy) to see if it works?
