I've started using FoxyProxy at work to help with development (e.g. proxy to the server I'm testing a new domain on), and exported files of entire sets of proxies (as well as just the rulesets) would be a great help -- it would allow us to keep a single master list that we can pass out to new developers, or import into a new proxy config when we spin up a new test box.
