Add-on Bar hidden, context menu doesn't show when clicked

=== Description of the problem
When "Add-on Bar" is not shown, invoking (right mouse click by default) FoxyProxy's context menu doesn't make the context menu appear.

On the other hand, once "Add-on Bar" is made visible, the menu appears normally when invoked.

=== Steps to reproduce
1. Add "FoxyProxy Standard" -button to the toolbar.
2. Hide "Add-on Bar".
3. Invoke FoxyProxy's context menu (right mouse click by default).

=== What should happen
The context menu should show itself.

=== What happens instead
The context menu is not shown.

Firefox 4.0b7
FoxyProxy Standard 2.22.4

Bug still exists

Hi there!

I have FoxyProxy Standard 2.22.5 installed on FF4 RC1 German and when I disable the addon bar, the right click menu works, but when I add the icon to the menu bar, I can't open the menu. I can only open it when the addon bar is enabled. No matter if I enable the display of the icon in the addon bar.

Also the display bug still exists mentioned in http://foxyproxy.mozdev.org/drupal/content/firefox-40b10-not-working#com...
