64Bit Video Utility on Windows 7 - No Internet connectio

While I have the video utility etc working succesfully on a 32bit version of Windows 7, on my 64 bit version , when I enable it I lose all internet connections.
Any suggestions  on a cause/fix

Can you please restart the browser each time you enable/disable the FoxyProxy Video Utility.
